We aim to provide clarity and confidence in your purchase. This returns policy complies with UK law regarding consumer rights and digital goods.

Refund eligibility

Refunds for software are only available if permitted by the publisher’s returns policy. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@blackswancyber.co.uk.

Please note:

• Once you request a refund, you must cease using the software and uninstall it from all devices.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of completing the returns process if eligible.

Defective products

Returns are accepted for defective products. If the software does not work as intended and cannot be fixed through technical support, a refund will be issued where eligible.

Subscription-based software

Some software products are sold on a 12-month subscription basis, while others allow month-by-month billing:

• 12-Month Subscriptions: Refunds may not be available after activation, as you are committing to a full year of use. Please confirm the subscription terms before purchase.
• Month-by-Month Subscriptions: These may offer greater flexibility, but refunds are still subject to the publisher’s policy and UK law.

Exchanges and upgrades

Exchanges are not accepted. However, you can upgrade to a different package within the subscription period if you wish to enhance your software features or services.

Important considerations

• Once software is downloaded and activated, it is considered used and may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misrepresented products.
• To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. Where possible, we can provide information about free trials or software demonstrations to ensure the product meets your needs.

If you experience issues installing your software or activating licenses, we offer technical support to resolve any problems. For added confidence, we also provide software training to help you get started.
