Upload a PDF, rearrange the pages, rotate what you need and remove anything you don’t. Click on a thumbnail to open a larger preview. When you’re happy, download a cleaned-up version - all processed in your browser.

Once the pages appear below, use the arrows to move them up or down, the bin to delete, and the rotate button to turn pages in 90° steps. Click a thumbnail to see a larger preview.

How to use the Black Swan PDF Page Editor

  1. Upload your PDF
    Click Upload PDF and choose the document you’d like to tidy up.
    The tool will quickly display small thumbnails of each page.

  2. Preview pages

    • Click any thumbnail to open a larger preview so you can read the content clearly.

    • Use the ✕ button or press Escape to close the preview window.

  3. Reorder pages

    • Use the ↑ Up and ↓ Down buttons on each page card to move it earlier or later in the document.

    • The order shown on screen is exactly how it will appear in your new PDF.

  4. Rotate pages

    • Click Rotate 90° to turn any page that’s sideways or upside down.

    • Each click rotates it another 90°, and the current angle (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) is shown on the card.

  5. Remove pages you don’t need

    • Click 🗑 Remove to delete that page from the final document.

    • If you remove something by mistake, just re-upload the original PDF and start again.

  6. Build your new PDF

    • When you’re happy with the layout, click Build new PDF.

    • After a few seconds, a Download edited PDF button will appear.

    • Save the new version to your device.

  7. Privacy & data protection

    • All editing happens entirely in your browser.

    • Your document never leaves your device — we don’t see, store or process your files.
