Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were looking for a reliable antivirus solution that would work properly across both Mac and Windows devices, and Kevin at Black Swan Cyber Security Solutions delivered exactly that.

What stood out was that it wasn’t just a basic install and walk away.

Kevin recommended adding patch management and ransomware encryption protection as part of the setup. Once explained, it was clear this covered far more than the obvious risks and gave us real confidence in our security.

Since then, everything has been running consistently across devices with updates happening in the background without disruption, which has made a noticeable difference day to day.

We also try to work with local businesses where possible as part of our sustainable local procurement approach, so choosing a Chesterfield-based company was important to us.

It’s been a great decision. Knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with.

Highly recommended. We’ll be back when our cloud backup licence comes up for renewal.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin was fantastic and understood my requirements perfectly. Thorough replies to all my questions as well as suggestions to further enhance my security.

His approach is more supportive than sales which I appreciated and we decided on a solution that would work for my situation! Highly recommended.
