Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy Statement
Last reviewed: 11 June 2026
Black Swan Cyber Security Solutions is committed to acting honestly, fairly and transparently in all areas of our business.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We do not offer, promise, give, request, accept or receive bribes, and we do not use improper payments, gifts, hospitality, favours or influence to win work, retain business or gain an unfair advantage.
This applies to our directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and anyone acting on our behalf.
Our commitment
We are committed to:
- complying with the Bribery Act 2010;
- maintaining proportionate procedures to prevent bribery and corruption;
- keeping accurate records of payments, expenses, gifts and hospitality;
- avoiding conflicts of interest wherever possible;
- refusing facilitation payments, kickbacks and hidden commissions;
- working with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to honest business;
- reviewing our approach where our business, risks or legal obligations change.
Gifts and hospitality
We recognise that modest and genuine business hospitality can be part of normal working relationships.
Any gift or hospitality we offer or accept must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent and linked to a legitimate business purpose. It must never be used to influence a decision, create a sense of obligation or gain improper advantage.
We take extra care when working with schools, public sector bodies, charities, care organisations and regulated businesses, where procurement rules, trust and public confidence are especially important.
Facilitation payments and improper influence
We do not make facilitation payments.
We do not make unofficial payments to speed up decisions, approvals, onboarding, procurement processes or administrative actions.
We do not offer personal benefits to influence tenders, recommendations, contract awards or renewals.
Referral fees, commissions and partnerships
Where we have referral, reseller, supplier or partnership arrangements, these must be transparent, commercially reasonable and properly recorded.
We do not pay or accept hidden commissions, kickbacks or personal rewards.
